I am going to make a bean and cheese burrito in the microwave (possibly two) and I have a potato, some canola oil, and spices--I am going to try my first recipe from SP, the baked french fries one.

I plan on cottage cheese (lowfat) and maybe some mandarin oranges. Not sure about anything else since I had a root canal yesterday and it hurts to eat, maybe chicken noodle soup... Any suggestions for very soft but not cold foods? Thanks!

I put chicken in my crockpot with some chopped green chiles and a can of spicy tomatoes. Tonight we can have taco salad or just plain chicken tacos. I'll have leftovers for lunches.

I made a low sodium vegetable beef soup from scratch with a piece of leftover roast beef.
After if simmered all day I added more vegetables and a handful of egg noodles to keep my husband happy. Just right for a cold day.
