I would love to do a new year's challenge where we stick to a 15/6 guidelines.Maybe each week we challenge ourselves with something new. Like....
week 1 just the plan
week 2 Focus on the fiber
week 3 Water,Water, Water
week 4 Try something new and share
week 5 Move more
week 6 Share your success to other
week 7 Check in on others
week 8 Review and reflect
Something like that or better
We should be required to weigh in once a week on any day.
We need a place to come to for struggles, share recipes, successes, disappointments. etc.
Just an Idea.
In the past it's been all about losing the weight, today it's about enjoying the journey.
