As you can see I'm still learning and doing the best I can.
When I weighed myself in the middle of the week I had gained
a pound and it really got me down but I'm not giving up,but I
can use all the help and advice anyone can send my way.I've
been writing everything I eat in a notebook so I can look back
and see what I'm doing wrong and one of the problems I see
Is that some times I don't eat enough protein and I worry about
getting too much calories and fat.Well Monday was my weigh-day
and I only lost the the 1 pound I had gained in the middle of the week.
