How about signing up to be real strict on the 15/6, no cheating, being really vigilant with every meal and snack. See who can make it the longest. See what happens after one month of staying with it. Everyone who can stick with it should have created a new habit and should have lost a decent amount of weight...5-7 pounds maybe?
