thank you so much . i try to eat more but as i push veggies and fruit. my family starts to pull back . the last battle sounded like i was trying to force feed my loving and wonderful husband food he thought was not fit for human . not the way i cooked them but just in there being on the same planet as he .Fit for livestock is the words he screamed at me as he stormed out the door .
