I hope everything is going well. The fires around here seem to be getting under control so I hope the same is true in your area,
I had a had hard time with this challenge. I injured myself on Thursday and my motivation has been nil because of it. My leg is feeling better and I am trying to get motivated and back on track today. I watched my daughter swimming and played fetch with my dog, but neither required any effort on my part.

This weekend be nice to yourself. Give yourself a compliment or not be so hard on yourself. Be positive. Also be sure to play. Kids exercise is playing. So have some fun. Play a game of basketball, jumprope, play hopscotch, or anything that is fun for you. Remember is you are having fun doing your exercises you are likely to do more or more often.
