This weekend be nice to yourself. Give yourself a compliment or not be so hard on yourself. Be positive. Also be sure to play. Kids exercise is playing. So have some fun. Play a game of basketball, jumprope, play hopscotch, or anything that is fun for you. Remember is you are having fun doing your exercises you are likely to do more or more often.
