I am going to try again to offer weekend challenges. I will try to do better about posting these.
Get in some jumping jacks. Aim for 100 a day broken into sets is 20-25. There is a modified version for those who can't do the jumping. It is to move one side of your body at a time. Left arm and leg and then right arm and leg.
Soak up some rays. Get outside for at least 5 minutes and enjoy the sunshine.
