Hello team. This weeks challenges are:
1. Park farther away. As you run your errands this weekend park farther away and walk a little. Every little bit adds up.
2. Be positive about yourself. Write a note about yourself and set where you can see it. A sticky on your desk or computer. A note on your refrigerator. State three things you like about yourself and repeat them to yourself everytime you see your note.
