No problem with the first one LOL! I have to go pick up my granddaughter in a little bit from her grandfather and they are downtown where a major professional bike race is today as well as general racers. I can't park anywhere near where I will go pick her up so we both will be doing some walking LOL. Now I just have to do the notes.

1. Park farther away. As you run your errands this weekend park farther away and walk a little. Every little bit adds up.
2. Be positive about yourself. Write a note about yourself and set where you can see it. A sticky on your desk or computer. A note on your refrigerator. State three things you like about yourself and repeat them to yourself everytime you see your note.
