I did my strength training yesterday at the gym. I didn't do A LOT but I did some.

I also finally got an oil change on my car. I've been putting that off for awhile and finally got it done!

Here are this weeks challenges. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Challenge number 1:
Stop procrastinating. We all have things we put off for one reason or another. Chose one thing that you need to get done and do it.

Challenge number 2:
Strenth train one day this weekend. If you don't have strength training you do regularly SparkPeople has several videos you can chose from. No equipment is needed for many of them. Click on this link to take you to a list of videos.
