I do leaf chips like kale, collards, broccoli. This week did some radish slices. I also use it for incubating yoghurt and raising bread. Flax crackers. I haven't had the dehydrator that long so I'm also finding my way with it. It's not fruit season yet so I'll have to see what's available come summer. Maybe apricots.
