Congrats to all with their W/in goals !! Everyone making progress !! My weigh in today got me my 9th star !!! 92 lbs since joining WW last March!!, Getting close to lifetime, which can be a struggle sometimes, but learning and understanding the new routines in the 360 plan has helped jump start me again.

2014 Goal 1 - lose 5lbs a month for 3 months -
2014 Goal 2 - log food daily to create a habit
2014 Goal 3 - walk/run 10000 step each day.

Weighed in on Saturday. I was down 3.6 pounds for a total of.....drum roll please.....15.2!!!!! That's since December 11th!! I'm so happy with that!

WW weigh in today 4.2 lbs over 2weeks. Received my 75lb award today. overall I have let go of 82 lbs since March 1st. A sad note is that the At work WW program didn't get enough people to sign up. So now Im out there on my own. Congrats to all those who have let go some of their own lbs, and to those who keep moving forward no matter what.

Had a lost this week and made it to 40 pounds total loss at this time. Been missing here lately so want to get back to Sparking with everyone. I have 22 more to go so this has given me a big boost to keep to the program.

Way to go to all who posted weight losses this week, Me, I am up .4 , not a whole lb, but the first gain in 6.5 months. I was prepared ahead of time, I knew I hadn't put in enough exercise in the past week, spent 3 days recovering from my practice 5k. too many hills and boy were my legs sore. But in it for the long haul, so avoiding injury and pain is a priority, so I am viewing this as a maintence week. So here's to feeling good and keeping on plan. !

WW weigh in today - lost 3.8 lbs... did lots of walking and the elliptical.. tried to get in 8 cups of water for a majority of the time. Points were under by a couple most days, but did go over on 2 days. Congrats to all ... using the tools and making progress either on the scale or in other areas like, inches, longer endurance or just overcoming a bad habit.

Congrats to all who lost lbs and to those who stay the course when the scale isn't showing all the work you are putting in.
Weigh in day for me -- lost 3 lbs. received my 50lb charm !! I started this process back on March 1 and then added WW April 1. overall losts 58.5 lbs. Can't wait to mee this first goal to move on to the next one !!
