this weel I will work on staying within calories and not binging. Binges have been a problem for me since my mom died and I am slowly getting back on track but it is atill an issue for me.
Calorie range 1200-1500
Aug. 4th - 1350 made my goal, no binges
Aug. 5th - 1540, a little over, did binge a little
Aug. 6th - scheduled at 1136, just under
Aug. 7th - 1593, just over, did binge a little
Aug. 8th - 1280, within range. have a new goal to work towards. Today is day 1!!!
Aug 9th - 1224 calories, not planning a binge. Practicing mindful eating.
Aug. 10th - stayed in calorie range
