Catching up after being sick for 2 days, am feeling better today but not totally there as yet...pushing through it though...

April 16 and 15

Managed to Get in some fitness on a lower scale but did 25 minutes on Tuesday and 30 minutes on Wednesday....

April 17 increased my fitness to 37 minutes total emoticon

10 Minutes Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls - 24 calories burned

10 Minutes Calisthenics: moderate - 38 calories burned

10 Minutes Gymnastics - 39 calories burned

7 Minutes Chair Marching - 20 calories burned
