September 2- Sunday: Stretches: 10 minutes, plus a total of 30 minutes of chair aerobics & riding, I follow a variety of Coach Nicole Chair & Stretching exercises...
September 3- Monday: Core: 10 minutes plus a total of 36 minutes over all of chair aerobics, strength training, gymnastics and stretching routine
September 4- Tuesday: Lower Body: 10 minutes plus a total of 35 minutes over all, chair aerobics, I follow a variety of Coach Nicole Chair & Stretching exercises...
September 5- Wednesday: Upper Body: 10 minutes plus 37 minutes over all, chair aerobics, strength training, gymnastics and stretching routine
September 6- Thursday: Core: 10 minutes- plus 31 minutes over all, riding, cardio, gymnastics and stretching routine
September 7- Friday: Lower Body: 5 minutes plus 35 minutes over all, strength training, cardio, riding and stretching routine
September 8- Saturday: Upper Body 5 minutes, 31 total overall minutes,
