Okay, I am in for:
1. giving out 6 sparkgoodies to team members
3. tracking my food for 6 days. I will use the nutrition tracker and I keep a written food journal.
4. Exercsie 20 minutes daily.
5. Get at least 60 spark points daily.

4. exercised 25 minutes on the stationary bike
5. got over 60 points today

4. walked for 30 minutes today
5. got over 60 points today

1. gave out a goodie
3. tracked my food for today
4. working on the exercise now
5. got over 60 points
6/29
1. gave out 2 goodies today
3. tracked my food for the day
4. Got in 25 minutes of exercise and some strength training
5. got over 60 points again today
6/30
1. gave out a goodie to a new member
3. tracked my food for the day
4. Got in 25 minutes of exercise plus some strength training
5. got over 60 points today
