Well I tried. I didn't see anything about the challenge until Monday so I started then. The things I checked off for Sunday I had done anyway. This as been a real hard week for me to track everything since the kids are home and my daughter has had a few vacation days so the computer was in almost constant use 24/7. Hopefully things will settle down next week because I once again have over 100 unread e-mails most of them from Spark people.

1. Give out SIX SparkGoodies to Chair Exercise Team members during the Six Days!

Okay, I am in for:
1. giving out 6 sparkgoodies to team members
3. tracking my food for 6 days. I will use the nutrition tracker and I keep a written food journal.
4. Exercsie 20 minutes daily.
5. Get at least 60 spark points daily.
