Hi on Monday. I start each week with hope! I have to walk quite a lot. we have no car now my husband isnt driving any more. We live in a small town where on most days I can walk to local, stores, doctors, church and events. So thats my exercise then. On days I stay home I do general exercises so will look at the weekly list then to get variety .Keep moving. Irene
TUESDAY= LOWER BODY=DONE ( NEED THIS TO STRENGTHEN MY LEGS )
WEDNESDAY= UPPER BODY =DONE!
FRIDAY= LOWER BODY = done
SATURDAY= UPPER BODY = DONE
ALSO GONNA EAT SIDE SALADS AT FAST FOOD RESTRAUNTS THIS WEEK !

Hi Sandra. I am new to the team so still finding my way round. I have had a busy time lately but wnat to fit in exercises too. I have done walking this week. If some is round a supermarket! It all counts? I go for x rays soon on an ankle problem .I can take it from there how much exercise I can do. My computer is very slow runing. I learnt of chair marching via this team So thats what I am doing as i sit and wait for computer to do something! Irene in UK
