no fast food since 12-15-12 total # 2 month 2 days
no soda since 1-1-13 total # 2 months 17 days
no animal crackers since 2-17-13 total # 0 days
no candy since 2-17-13 total # 0 days


I'm going to add
no animal crackers to my list. We have them in the house for Marley to have as a treat and call them cookies but the last two weeks I've been eating them by the fist full's.

Also

Yay Jamie! Same for me:
No soda since 1-1-13

I have been tempted twice in the past week, but put those thoughts out of my head and moved on. Great job on not eating fast food either!

Since exercise, alcohol and water are the three things I struggle with, I am gonna to post them in here..starting this today since yesterday was a crap shoot and hopefully an end to an awful-esque year and looking forward to a new year full of changes and success ; )

Streak Goals:
30 mins Exercise 4x/week
8 cups of Water-Everyday
Alcohol-1x Week and Minimal on Weekends

The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself. All the rest is a piece of cake ; )
