I'm leaving tomorrow for a 2-month RV trip.

We will play Exercise Bingo Game #2 beginning June 1st when I get home and have internet access on a regular basis.

I hope more of you will join in. It really is a fun way to add some exercise daily.

Next game we will focus each day's exercises to a body area (i.e. upper, lower, core) so that we aren't constantly sore ALL OVER. We've got to get our pain focused! lol

IMREITE, glad you're not sore. I did extras too, though not at 1am. I must have picked some really wrong exercises, because I only marked off two squares over the last two days. Hopefully, there are more after this.

When i play bingo i generally use 2 cards. i noticed the list had 50 exercises. so i created 2 cards. i figure this will help keep me motivated to do my strength training.
