Thank you everyone! I do expect it to slow down, but I am prepared for it. I just joined a gym, talk about feeling intimidated! But it is time. Before, I was in too much pain to try it. I'll start out 3 times a week and see how I feel. I went yesterday and burned off my breakfast -I walked a mile on the treadmill in 20 minutes. emoticon

Good job!

At the rate you have been losing, nearly 3 pounds a week, you should expect a major slow down. Do not be discouraged. When all is said and done, you should be losing at a rte of about 1 or 2 pounds a week four any four week period.

Hi Everyone! Last week, I made my 16 weeks and another 5 lbs down so I added to my key chain. This week, I made my 50 lb goal and have lost a total of 51.2 lbs in 17 weeks! Can't wait to see what the next few months will bring!!
