First of all, congratulation on the 60 pound loss. And that is only since May if I read it correctly? That for me is definite motivation. That's what's so great about members speaking to members. They can motivate. And I in turn thank you.
I hope you do stay on track and use all of the healthy habits that you have learned. Always remember, we are here for you if you ever need us. Even just a nudge. I promise it will be gentle! Please let me also know about your End of the Year Challenge and how it goes.

My plan for the rest of 2011 is to stay on track and build on all of the healthy habits I've learned since joining back in May. I'm also participating in an End of the Year Challenge in one of my other teams and that's been helping me keep focused.

My Seven Week Challenge is pretty simple. From now through the end of the year, I am going to at the top of my game. Every meal will be purposeful and within my ranges, every workout will be full on, and every choice and action will be with a single goal in mind: End 2011 in the best physical and mental shape possible.
I know that I can't be perfect forever. But for seven weeks, I can do all the right things. And I plan to keep talking about it to all my Spark Buddies, because they keep me honest and focused!
UGH...well, no secret, I've been struggling for the last 2 months, and the weight has been yo-yo-ing to prove it. I have one week away in Mexico, so, my first goal is to not gain any weight while I'm on vacation. My second goal is to get my colitis under control again, as it's on the rampage....again. And then I think 3rd goal is to get my head wrapped around the "lifestyle" part of this. Small changes, over time, consistent behaviour and good choices.
