Try this one
1 - Do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day, plus 15 minutes of strength 3 times a week
2 - stay within my calorie range

I think there is a 10 minute challenge team. You could also try the BootCamp team. Good luck!

I really don't know for sure a team but I do know that there is a team out there that is a daily 5 minute challenge. I am not sure if it is all exercise or not. I also run a team that is running a Month long challenge and it has exercise and a few other aspect to it. Maybe even try a online buddy!
