Jackie - take it easy until you feel fully better! You don't want to relapse. :)

I put my back out last Monday and wasn't able to do anything last week and I'm starting slow this week, I don't want to end up in pain again. I just concentrated on eating correctly. :)

I have been down with the flu the past few days so I have been unable to workout. My eating is under control but afraid that I will gain because I haven't worked out. If I think I can make it through a workout tomorrow I will, or maybe just take the dog for a walk. But if not I am not gonna push it as I don't want to relapse. Hope everyone is doing good.

Okay ladies, I have the results of the Mini-Challenge and Week 2. For the Mini-Challenge:

3rd place - 600 min with 4 participants - Honeys
2nd place - 990 min with 5 participants - Sweeties
1st place - 1006 min with 6 participants - Babes

Way to go Babes! The Babes also blew it out of the water and won Week 2! Since they have won everything so far I think it's fair to say that they have won the January Challenge. Please still support your teammates and continue to post your results so we can cheer you on!

I'm still missing some results from a few ladies, but I wanted to get the results as I have them to you now.

For Week One the points totals are:
Surfing Sweeties - 39.3
Hula Honeys - 40.6
Beach Babes - 60.6

Wow - way to go Beach Babes! Now I will say that the Beach Babes has the highest number of members tracking food where they can get 7 points in 1 week. As we know it's a little hard to lose 7 pounds in one week. But don't despair Sweeties and Honeys - just keep up the good work and we'll catch those Babes!!!!

Dianewr1 - great weight loss last week!

Shar - I would need a burrito or steak dangled in front of me. I like chocolate and sometimes I can't resist it. You know....a certain TOM. But I prefer good tasty food. Glad your ankle is well enough to tradmill it.

I had a stressful morning. I got up and took a shower and my roomate jumped on me for taking a shower and told me to take a shower at night. I then got dressed and went shopping for the day to relief the stress. I am almost tempted to find another place to live since I feel that my health problems all started when I moved down here and in with him.

I did 45 minutes of aerobic exercise last night. I've also been documenting all my food. Yesterday I really wanted a candy bar, but I refused to record it, so I didn't have it.lol Yay me! I'm also parking farther out so I have to walk a bit further.

I walked 3 miles on Wii Walk it Out, did days 2 and 3 of the Spark bootcamp video series and did another 15 min Spark exercise video. Really, really trying to get that scale down!!
