A quick tasty little chile verde that i make is ---- 1 pork (approx 3lb.)roast salted and peppered to taste and browned, put in crock pot on top of 1 medium onion chopped and top with 1 can fire roasted chilis. Cook on high approx 5 hrs - low approx. 10 hrs or until easily shredded. Drain off most liquid and add 1 jar of green pace picante sauce. Serve with tortillas, cilantro and fat free sour cream.
