I may be getting into the game late, but I really love this idea and would love to participate. Here are my answers:

Kids and Ages: Tracy - 26 years old and Kelly - 24 years old

Some of my favorite things are.....paper crafts, stamping, quilting, sewing, DIY, reading

My current goals..

1. To regain good health and lose a minimum of 100 pounds.
2. To make permanent lifestyle changes, including tracking every day.
3. To start a workout program, which is the one thing that I've still not conquered.
4. To blog on a regular basis and be active in teams.
5. To encourage others, thereby encouraging myself.

Other things: Monday to Friday I work in the insurance world. On weekends I work at a local scrapbook store where I teach scrapbooking and other types of paper arts. I have four dogs and two cats . . . only one husband! Most of them are rescues (well, not the husband).

Kids and Ages: Two boys and girl...Quinn 8 yrs, Wyatt 5 yrs, and my baby girl Rei 9 months

Grandkids: none

Some of my favorite things are.....my children and to crochet. I love to dance as well.

My current goals..

1. To stick within my calorie range.
2. To get 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week.
3. Do my strength training 3 times a week.
4. Keep myself away from emotional eating by crocheting instead. (So far it's working.)
5. To get back in the swing of things with Spark! I can't believe I stayed away for as long as I did!! :/

Other things: I have been a stay at home mom for the last 6 years and it doesn't look like that will be changing anytime soon. My husband drives an oil taker in ND for a living, so I get compared to a single mom all the time...difference is I don't have to work for money. I admire single mothers. They are amazing. My favorite forms of exercise are walking and dancing. I went missing from Spark! for a while due to some complications with the birth of my daughter, but I am back and eager as ever to get my butt in gear!!

Hi Everyone!

I have done this before and it was really fun! I want to restart a fresh post so that people that want to join now can and those that are still wanting to do it can let me know as well.

Q & A:

Ok so WHAT IS a SPARK PEN PAL? It is where we can send each other (only the ones signed up) post cards, cards or just a little note of encouragement in the mail. I loved getting the post cards but they are hard to find sometimes, that is why its not called postcard pen pal anymore.

WHO ALL WOULD GET MY ADDRESS? Well first you would send me a spark mail including your name and address (can use p.o box) then as we get people that join us (ONLY THE PEOPLE IN THE PEN PAL club) would get a list of names and addresses from me that I will email each person in the club. THE WHOLE TEAM WILL NOT GET YOU ADDRESS!

HOW DO YOU JOIN THE SPARK PEN PAL club?
FIRST: Fill out the questionnaire that I will post below to let me and others know that you want to join.
SECOND: Send me via spark mail your name and address. DO NOT POST YOUR ADDRESS IN THIS POST! THEN EVERYONE WILL HAVE IT! Only send it to me and then i will send each one participating a list of the names and addresses of the other pen pals.

My current goals..

1. To get back on track and get the team up and going full force again.
2. To start losing weight again, been on a plateau for forever but have achieved and stayed in onderland since joining spark! Ive lost 45lbs with spark and ready to lose more!
3. Start tracking my food daily again and drinking more water!
4. Become a great leader once again and help an encourage as many people as i can!
5. Get some fun challenges started so that we can all get some motivation flowing!

Other things: I am a Medical Assistant that currently does home health care. I am going back to school starting this month to get my RN. Once I have my RN i want to work at Kosair Childrens Hospital where my grand baby was for 3 months and take care of other little babies that are preemies or sick.
