I want this challenge to be simple and something we can all stick to. So for the November Challege I want everyone to increase their daily water consumption. If you aren't a water drinker try to get in your 8 cups a day. If you already get your 8 cups a day, try for 9 or 10 (but don't go too crazy as too much water can be bad for you, just like anything else!). My goal is going to be getting my 8 cups. I've fallen off the water wagon lately and need to get back on track! Good luck everyone!
