I'm in! I used to be really good at this, but seem to have fallen off the wagon lately! 5 cups down today, 3 more to go!

Drinking isn't hard to do so why do I never seem to get more than 1 or 2 glasses a day? (the rest is usually tea). Good challenge.

I want this challenge to be simple and something we can all stick to. So for the November Challege I want everyone to increase their daily water consumption. If you aren't a water drinker try to get in your 8 cups a day. If you already get your 8 cups a day, try for 9 or 10 (but don't go too crazy as too much water can be bad for you, just like anything else!). My goal is going to be getting my 8 cups. I've fallen off the water wagon lately and need to get back on track! Good luck everyone!


1st Goal: lose 10% be at 231 Met 2/10/2012 :)
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 208
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 187
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 168
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 151
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 136
7th Goal: Lose 4% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)
