I like that idea. Make-over recipes sound good also for this. One serving calorie counter with the actual serving size- July sure can be a challenge for eating healthy size portions as things come into season! This sounds like a good challenge

I will try to come up with something good for July involving recipes. Maybe our July 2012 challenge can be to add a new recipe every week AND use the calorie count for one serving as a goal for calories burned through exercise every day that week (does that make sense?).

1st Goal: lose 10% be at 231 Met 2/10/2012 :)
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 208
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 187
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 168
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 151
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 136
7th Goal: Lose 4% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)

I love the idea of hitting on the basics. My main challenge at this time is getting involved with different recipes. I might last one or two weeks of trying something new (one or two items a wee) but then it is back to the same - o - same - o!!! I also do a lot of sitting in the evenings. Can you work something with either or both of these? I can use a boost.
