I got the book today. I haven't read it all, but the first chapters are very motivating. Of course as with everything Loser the focus is on exercise. 2 hours a day, no exception. Most of the book does focus on that. The only recipes are for workout "anabolic" shakes. He does give a "plan" of protein, dairy, whole grains, fruit and vegetables for your calorie target. To me it is a little easier to understand than the plan in the Loser books, which say "cups of protein" and he doesn't lump dairy with other protein. But for my calorie range he says 2 servings of grain a day which is a far cry from what most plans say. Overall I am enjoying the book so far. I've learned several things, which surprises me since I read a lot and DIET a lot LOL
