Btw, I have a cute story or Norman that we use on the JW all the time. My boys were much younger, 5 & 10, and we were at a hotel in St. Louis for a travel baseball tournament. My oldest said, "Okay, I know there's a bible in just about every hotel in the US but what is the Book of Morman." My 5 year old turned around and asked, "Who's Norman?" Of course we all busted out laughing. Well, when we have JW come to the door we always manage to strike up a conversation with Norman and if that doesn't work, then we start doing what your mom does. Sure enough they look at us like crazy people and politely get lost. Normally someone comes around the corner in the house and says, "Who's that?" We all know when the person at the door said that they had a short conversation about Norman. My kids are now 18 & 23.

I'll keep working at it. I'm worth it. You're worth it too.
Every day is a new day. Gotta keep on keepin' on, no matter what!
My mom is one of those who unintentionally cracks me up! But one of her episodes actually drew some great parallels for me so I did a funny blog about it! Just thought I'd share it with you all- everyone can always use a good chuckle! ( it's also the BEST way to get rid of those religious solicitations without being rude that I have ever seen!) Check it out and see if you agree!
