The drops should work just fine. Definitely give it a try. Ill bet it's really good with coconut cream.

These look yummy, Laura! I would make them right away except I need to go get some powdered Stevia. I only have liquid drops. Any recommendations on brands? Though I may just see if I can use medjool dates instead - what do you think?

I am going to try these with coconut cream and my almond milk I make in my vitamix.
