"Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Choose your word, for they become actions. Understand your actions, for they become habits. Study your habits, for they will become your character. Develop your character, for it becomes your destiny"~~by anonymous

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

This recipe is a real treat! I mean, you wouldn't want to eat them everyday or anything, but they are sugar free and very low carb with a shot of protein. A small square is all you need.
I saw a recipe for peanut butter bars and revised it. Instead of 2 cups of icing sugar I used whey protein powder, and instead of the margarine, I used coconut ghee. I also replaced the chocolate chips with 100% caca chocolate and used natural almond butter instead of skippy peanut butter. And coconut instead of graham cookies.
