I have ground seeds in my food processor and you get nice meals and butters from them (Sunbutter, Tahini, Pumpkin seed meal [which is quite green!]) and butter. I say, give a mix of those a whirl in these cookies and see what happens. You might have to make adjustments with texture 'cuz some seeds give off more oil than others. Maybe you will have to add some kind of flour (coconut, bean, oat...whatever you can tolerate)

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Can you think of other things to add? Like a bit of stevia or more dates, or dried apples or pears? I don't think you have to stick to the recipe exactly; I never do LOL!
Experiment in the kitchen and you will find some great things to eat.
I think I played with mud pies as a little girl and I've never lost the urge to get into messy, gooey, tasty things. Well, mud doesn't hold the same culinary attraction as it did back then.

Raw only if you don't make your almond butter from roasted almonds. I soak and dehydrate mine and they come out better than roasted and make awesome butter.
