This recipe can be made in about 2 minutes. Great lunch. Serve with crackers or a slice of sprouted grain bread.

The link to the Paleo bread recipe from is the most awesome bread I've ever eaten. That includes ALL bread. Not just gluten free, primal or pale. ALL breads. Made from coconut flour and almond meal. YUM!
