Nah, not this time anyway-- COW fat; it's GOOD for us and even helps us lose weight--if you don't over indulge. But then over indulging on anything is bad.
Every cell of our body is made of fat--you don't want to deprive your body of fat. But NONE of our cells are made of refined flours or high fructose corn syrup!! Or refined or hydrogenated oils!
