Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
I have heard of and used coconut oil I have heard of but not found or used yet, coconut butter. What is coconut GHEE?
Maybe once I have the answer to that I can make these pancakes. I miss pancakes! ANd I would switch out for the stevia too.

What is it that should trace the insuperable line?… The question is not, Can they reason? nor, Can they talk? but, Can they suffer? —Jeremy Bentham (1748–1832) A dead cow or sheep lying in the pasture is recognized as carrion. I used coconut ghee instead of butter, stevia instead of honey and cinnamon instead of the dessert spice. I fried them in coconut oil. These ARE the best pancakes I have EVER eaten! Makes 2 large fluffy pancakes. Since I only eat 2 full meals per day I enjoyed both (guilt free) topped with some Greek yogurt and a small handfull of blueberries.
