I have seen Ellie Krieger do that all the time on her show, so how bad could it be? Lol!

Great idea, to mix it with greek yogurt. Very clever, I'll have to try it.

I would take your regular mayo and mix it 1:1 with Greek Yogurt maybe?

Any mayo I have recipe is not light. lol
However, I sometimes use Hellman's olive oil mayo (no HFCs), and mix half & half with sour cream or Greek yogurt to lighten it up.

I had been making my own mayo, but would like to save some calories and make a light version. Anyone have a good recipe?
