This recipe does look nice. I'm not supposed to eat peanuts, but almond butter and coconut milk would be nice together.
I am switching somewhat to tapioca flour to add nutrients instead of just starch to some recipes.

OK. I think I have come up with a winner. If you prefer to use sugar, then use 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice crystals or sucanat... it will add calories and carbs...
If vegan or vegetarian you could use coconut milk or almond milk. I bet coconut milk would be yummy!
If you want to delete the PB you could probably ssave about 25 calories too...
