Hey, I have an idea. I was just over at one of my other teams where people were oohing and aahing over Jell-o's creepy mousse choc temptations thingy cups. I, of course, being the tactful sparker that I am, told them what I thought of some of the really yucky ingredients in that somewhat almost, but not quite altogether,food-like substance.
Okay Annie, get to the point! I think we should try to whip up something like that product in our own kitchens using healthy alternatives for ingredients. I don't know how big those yucky cups are but my guess is not more than 6 oz. Maybe we could have a sort of contest to see who comes up with the best and then I'll go back to that team and share with them what we created. They have to have about 60 calories each.
Crazy, I know.
PS: or maybe not have a contest, just kick around some ideas between each other.
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
