I love games....challenges the brain! I also love to read - mostly have time to read magazines (short spurts), then I don't feel so guilty about sitting around reading all day. Once I get a book started, I don't like to put it down!! LOL I have several I need to read though!

I have a box of books that I am working my way through. Having them in one place makes me remember to grab one for my backpack.

I've been putting aside time to read every day! I really enjoy books and magazines. Must be why I work in a library!

I carry a small notebook in my purse. Whenever I read something or see something that ignites my Spark, I write it down. It's fun to read my entries!

I love games. I'd like to have more opportunities to play them. Maybe I'll make that a goal.

All the above. I watch TV, get online, take a nap, go to a movie, etc. Mostly it is just doing things that don't require a lot of thinking on my part.

One of my favorite rest actvities is coloring. I love the stained glass coloring books and have been using the pages to decorate my classroom at school.
I also enjoy reading, watching video, sewing, crocheting and playing games.

OK! Sorry, everyone! This bronchitis is killing me! LOL! I think I'm getting better and I'm just staying the same.

I like this! I wrote down the tasks in my daily journal.
I keep a bottle of lotion that I scented with essential oils in my purse-unfortunately I don't always remember to use it. emoticon

My favorite lotion is Bath & Body Work's holiday Noel. I'm so use to it, I really don't smell it anymore, but when I use it, everyone says I smell like cookies.

I use tons of lotion in the winter. Also woking on my desk at work this morning. Need to declutter a corner of my desk at home. I think I'll do both today!

I love anything coconut....reminds me of Hawaii! I'll have to look for that!

I usually use a very moisturizing lotion because of dry skin (sunny California!), so I'm using Creamy Vaseline! However, tonight I will put on my Eucalyptus lotion that smells SO good and moisturizes too! I love lotions with scents - I have Halston, Valentino, Victoria Secret Noir, Lavender, etc. It's great for a perk up during the day and gives a little cologne smell at the same time!

Declutter around my computer? I hear a BINGO square being accomplished! LOL

I had several stacks of papers that I had lying on my desk return and a few folders that I hadn't put away after sorting, along with receipts for taxes. I threw away what I didn't need, filed the folders, and put away the papers where they belonged! Oh, now I can see the top of the desk!!

Happy February, everyone! Are we ready for a little lovin'??? Self-lovin' that is!!! emoticon

Here's what I have planned - each day of the week will be devoted to a different area of our lives.

Monday – Nutrition

Tuesday – Mental

Wednesday – Fitness

Thursday – Spiritual/Emotional

Friday – Home/Office

Saturday – Hydration

Sunday – Rest

Since today is Friday, let's look at our homes/offices today! From where you are sitting, take a look around you. Be good to yourself and write down what you see that you like and enjoy. Now find one small area near you to declutter quickly. You can do it!

Right now, I am sitting at my computer on the table. As I look around, I see the family pictures I finally arranged and hung on the wall over the table. I really enjoy seing the pictures back up after they were down for so long with the makeover of the house. Now I think I will continue my declutter of the table I began the beginning of the week.

Do you feel it is easier to show your love to others than it is to love yourself? Even though Valentine’s Day is all about being head over heels for the ones that we love, we mustn’t forget to love ourselves too!
