Do you have the app running in background? You can force it to sync now. If you have the app on your phone, you can force a sync with that too.

email if the following isn't helpful.. note the sync time and make sure it's not behind. You might sync it but it will be from 10 minutes ago. My dashboard often lags behind, but the end of day totals (seen on next day) are correct. For it to match during the day it had to say "updated just now"

depending on which model you have, you might want to reset it and then try again

adding on the steps manually will add them to the dashboard but those entered manually will not sync over to SP

The Fitbit is still a super favorite help to my healthy habits program, but frequently the steps recorded on the Fitbit itself do not transfer accurately to the computer dashboard. The dashboard usually shortchanges me about 200 steps - especially if one of my activities is walking the treadmill. emoticon
