I was informed that if you have a wrist tracker, it might not track all your steps due to the fact that you might be pushing something like a shopping cart and not moving your arm. I traded my fitbit Charge 2 for a fitbit one and now all my steps get tracked. It also costs less and doesn't do a bunch of things that I really didn't need.

I had a tracker and I loved it. I got 10,000 steps if I tried really hard but now with the Fitbit I can get around 3, 000 if I try. How can I set the stride length? I set it once at 20 but should I go up or down to get more steps? Also I cannot find where to set anymore?
