Just have a question! Sometimes I don't know what a certain exercise is, and I also don't see it when I try to look it up in the SP exercises. ie- skater lunges?

I already did yesterdays list this morning. And then keep going. We can do repeats of item done. Let's build for 2-3 days and then start over or rotate, start with yesterdays adds and add a days worth. Unless you want to start over everyday.
It was really fun yesterday, and got me to do some additional exercise.

But you can not post twice in a row. Means you can not match yourself and then raise. And Items do not have to be in sets of 10.
We will keep upping it until people Fold or there is no response in 24 hours. The last one standing will win a Goodie. The list has to be done in one day, but the game can build over a couple of days. We will see how this flys, might have to modify later. Then we start the fun over. Bring the Gambling On.

This is how It Goes. I start with 10 Jumping Jacks.
next one in line. I'll match your 10 jumping jacks, and raise you 10 squats. Next person has the 2 above items and adds a third.
You can modify item to you level, I do modified Jumping Jack and my pushups are on a desk (harder than the wall, eaiser than the floor)
