For anyone who stopped crunching, remember it's about consistence NOT the #. You can break them up into different sets or just work yourself up to the # you would like to do. Just focus on making it a habit again.

countz me in i have been lacking doing crunches lately have in the last week two days 150 1 day 50 1 day 30 and that is it,lol.not so good.must be more conciquent,lol.
