I clench my butt cheeks together in the shower 8 times each shower - sounds awful, works wonders. Clench cheeks together as tight as you can, count to ten, relax...repeat !!! Thanks for all the other suggestions...can see me spending lots of time in the bathroom !!

The Bathroom Challenge sounds so fun, we've started one for the month of April in the Horse Lovers Unite team I'm a part of! We'll see how it goes!!!.

Definately a catching title!
This is actually a great idea! I don't know that I'll actually do it IN the bathroom but I'll probably walk up and down the stairs in my building each time I take this break (2-3 times round trip). That's about 60 stairs up and then back down each time, I believe. That might be a quick refresher!

Okay, I have been slacking on posting here...But everyday has been something different but my two favs are wall pushups and jumping jacks! I truly forgot how much I loved jumping jacks...Today though ~ I am going to jump rope (minus the actual rope)...I figure if I can get in 20 good jumps each bathroom break, I'll be doing good.

I lost count of how many squats I did yesterday but I know it was a lot...And my legs were so sore last night I didn't even walk the treadmill. Today I am doing jumping jacks again (40 so far)...I forgot how much I use to enjoy jumping jacks. they were my fav in Gym during JR High.
We did a wall push up challenge in one team of mine, and it was a lot of fun!

Oh my goodness, I used to do jumping jacks in the bathroom when I was in my 20's. My friends really looked at me funny when I'd tell them. I'm glad I'm not the only one that does this. I always felt so much better after I'd do it too. Lately, I've been do lunges and leaning against the wall, bending my knees and seeing how long I can hold the position.

That is actually a pretty great idea. Let's see how long it takes until I can touch my toes (for the first time since first grade)!!

Okay so I stole this from one of my other teams...
Don't be turned off by the title. LOL One of my members came up with the idea of bathroom challenge. We pick an exercise and do a set or two each time we go to the bathroom during the day. I think it works out great for those of us who work in an office. We've even got ladies that don't work joining in. I'm up to 70 wall pushups for the day. Just thought I'd share. I'm lovin' it.
Here are a few suggestions for different exercises:
10 stretches of your choice
wall push ups
wall squats.. these are great strength training exercises.
calf raises are quick and easy too
jumping jacks
Come on ladies *and Gents...put your thinking caps on...what else can we do?
