1-Reading (Just about anything, currently have three "books" I am reading at once on my Kindle app, two actual books, 1 manga on my VizMedia app)
2-TV (not really, I will maybe watch 1 episode of CSI:NY at day, or an Anime of some sort)
3-Painting (Drawing count? I do a lot of that, either on my iPad or at my drawing table) Other hobbies are crochet and knit.
4-Kinect/Wii Moving Games (Used to do the Wii bowling and Sports, but kids destroyed the games and now, I don't have them since I don't want to keep rebuying them) Most of my games are online or tabletop, lots of RPGs, except WoW, closed that account a couple years ago.
5-Movies (Eh, if there is something to see when I actually have money, I might go. Otherwise I watch if I feel like just doing a treadmill one day)

1. Reading-Just about anything but westerns and straight up romance.I'm currently reading Ashes by Ilsa J. Bick and Let's Pretend This Never Happened by Jenny Lawson
2. Hobbies- I knit and started fusing glass a few months ago. I'm getting pretty good! I also played the violin for a decade in school, and now I have a mandolin that I'm learning to play. I'd like to learn the guitar and maybe banjo as well.
3.TV- Mostly scifi and fantasy stuff, but really anything that's not "reality TV" or sitcoms
4. Movies- Pretty much the same preferences as my TV viewing and reading.
5. Games- I have a few wii games that I like to play, but I also like playing board and card games with my husband and friends. I just played Fluxx for the first time this weekend and loved it!

Holy cow. Except for Modern Family and Cary Grant, I could have written that. I like Cary Grant, he's just not in my top three. Errol Flynn, Stewart Granger, and Danny Kaye all go there, but he's definitely on the list. I also play the piano, but only for my own pleasure. I haven't played in years, no ivories to tinkle, no room to put them either.

Wow--Moreta63: we have a lot in common!

1. Reading: just about anything, except straight romance, horror, and pulp fiction/chic lit. Love classic lit, history, and biography.
2. Hobbies: Knitting, cross stitch, needlepoint. I'd love to start tatting and try to find the time/patience for quilting. I'm classically trained at the piano and am trying to play more this year.
3. TV: Doctor Who, Downton Abbey, Big Bang Theory, Modern Family lots of various shows on Netflix and Amazon.
4. Movies: We don't go to the theaters much, although DH just took two of the kids to see the Hobbit last night. Big fan of Amazon and Netflix. Watch old movies (Kate Hepburn, Cary Grant--who could ever be sexier than Cary Grant--and Jimmy Stewart), plus scie fi movies. Enjoyed Harry Potter with the kids.
5. Games: The kids have control of the gaming console--but I do need to get back into the Wii Biggest Loser and Wii Fit.

1: Reading-- just about anything with words - Anne McCaffery (see my name ;) ), Dick Francis, Tom Clancy, Jane Austen, history, science, some biography. The only thing I generally stay away from is contemporary fiction and straight romance. I do like Nora Roberts though.
2: Hobbies-- I crochet, knit and cross stitch, and I want to start tatting, sewing, quilting, and beading. Ambitious much? :)
3: TV-- Castle, Bones, Downton Abbey, Top Gear (UK), Doctor who, plus a bunch on Netflix, Hulu and Amazon
4: Movies-- I bow in humble praise of the mighty TCM! I am an old movie junkie, especially musicals and Errol Flyn. I also like the Pirates movies, and Harry Potter. I rarely go to the theater, too expensive. I also like the satge, but I haven't been for a long time. working weekend nights really kills your social life.
5: Kinect/Wii Moving Games-- I don't have any...yet. I would like to have a Wii, though.

1-Reading - romance novels (I'm a tax accountant and need a stress-free, you-know-everything-works-out-at-the-end book since I read the tax code too much) - Love my nook

2-TV - Daily Show/Colbert Report/Homeland/Walking Dead/Parenthood/(downloaded all 7 seasons of West Wing so I'm obsessed with that right now)

3. Movies - romantic comedies and some dramas, but I like using amazonprime to download PBS documentaries more Too bad I have ADHD a bit - I MUST take breaks every 45 min

4. Painting - not sure about this - I have no artistic talent, but for the past 4 years I have been on a search for the perfect painting for my living room. I like what I like and don't what I don't but can say I definitely don't like modern or overly abstract

5. Kinect/Wii - Never did either, but from descriptions I hear I think I'd have fun playing a Kinect game once or twice
