Hard to choose - I love all vegetables. I probably eat more lettuce, tomatoes, and green beans usually.
I was in a CSA this past summer, and I tried some new ones - kohlrabi, kale, unusual eggplant varieties, and rugosa squash. It was fun picking up my veggie basket every week - I'd recommend it if you have a good farm available to you.
