I commit to preparing a Weekly Meal Plan.

I commit to tracking (this is my downfall), via the net or using my Sparkmobile App.

I commit to walking 3-5 times/week for a minimum 30 minutes.

I commit to cooking 1 clean meal per week.

I commit to using the slow cooker once per week.

I commit to staying in my calorie range

I commit to 14+ glasses of water per day

I commit to working out 6 days per week

I commit to tracking ever detail of all of the above

I commit to consistency = logging on everyday, tracking my food daily, getting in at least 15 minutes of exercise (outside of walking) daily.

I commit to being a better leader this month.

I commit to giving away 5 goodies a week!

I commit to huddling with the team 5 days a week.

I commit to rewarding myself for my effort with something that is not food on Memorial Day!
