This thread is a great idea- thank you!
I have a free iPhone app from Runners World that calculates an optimal training schedule, pace, etc based on your last run time and what distance goal you have in mind.
I am working the weight training around my 10 km...
Plus found an awesome strength workout for runners at

One of my new favorites is bodybuilding.com. My biggest peeve so far is I can't find anywhere to record cardio, but it has a ton of great lifting routines and the recording is neat. Much more detailed and neat feedback compared to spark.

I thought it might be helpful to have a thread where we can post ST routines we've found that are free, for others to use as well.

For instance, I get a daily email from Fitness magazine (though I don't subscribe to the physical magazine), and today's email was a link to "The Metabolism-Boosting Superset Workout."

They're all ST, using 5 or 8lb dumbells, a chair, a mat, and your body weight:
