Can I say my favourite workout is relaxing in the locker room after a workout at the gym???
Seriously, I don't have a particular favourite thing I love to do. I just love doing whatever at the gym. I HATE the cross-trainer, but because it gets my heart rate up, I'll always jump on for a few minutes after a relaxing bike ride. And I mean heart relaxing, not leg! It sucks, I have to be on level 15 to get my heart rate above 140bpm! My legs give out before I get too breathless! :)
I like boxing, but I've never done it. Always said it'll be the only fitness class type thing I'd join at the gym (I'm a loner exerciserer) and only then when I felt a bit fitter/better about myself.
