I challenge all of those here (including myself, your fearless leader) to do at least 120 minutes a day of any workout you want in january to start off 2012 on a postive note. Myself I will bust a move on my wii doing biggest loser challenge while watching "biggest loser" starting january 3rd 2012.
It does not matter what you do just do something exercise wise.
I will check in daily and also have a thread so we can record our workouts, progress, etc.
I will NOT do weigh ins for this so do not worry.
