February Team Challenge - Let's Get fit in February!
This month's challenge: 1. Walking is great for our overall health. Whether indoors or outdoors, walking is beneficial in weight loss. Challenge yourself to walk at least 30 minutes 3 times per week this month.
2. Eating healthy foods can be challenging at times, especially when you are not familiar with certain foods. Challenge yourself in the month of February to try one new healthy food and share with the team. We can even trade recipes!
